Real art was never made by the establishment. It might have looked as if the establishment created/supported real art, but that was in the dinosaur era of when they had all the resources and the peasants had none.
If people actually want individual viewpoints to manifest in art, the less bureaucracy, the better. That means the availability of any and all tools to all individuals.
You see, 500, 600, 700 years ago, people in the feudal establishment would’ve died from shock if they’d heard that mere peasants had access to this magic thing called electricity and the internet. And then they would’ve laughed in relief, because some of those peasants are now against the next thing that will shift everything. Peasants peasanting, they might have said.
