Of course I keep breathing, eating, sleeping, showering, bathing, running, stretching, writing, thinking, feeling, so on and so forth. But they happen spontaneously, as in, I don’t have to convince myself to breathe. I just breathe.
Anything else… I don’t know. So much action feels so superfluous. I don’t see the point of forcing myself to do anything anymore. If life is a series of forcing myself to do something, then maybe I won’t live. Such a life simply wouldn’t be up to my standards.
Luckily, I *don’t* think that’s what life is. Life is the opposite. Things happen spontaneously.
