🛌 Melatonin.

I vaguely remember hearing that in Korea, you can’t buy melatonin without a prescription. This seems to have changed. (Or I might be misremembering. Or I might have come from an alternative timeline. Like the Mandela Effect.)

Still, it seems that melatonin, in the US, is sold in higher doses than in some other countries. In the US, the dose of the kids’ version (jelly type) is no different from that of adult versions. I don’t understand why there’s a separate kids’ version if it’s going to be the same dose, except that the kids’ version is sweet, ensuring that in addition to taking supplements you (ideally) shouldn’t need to take (especially) if you’re a child, you’ll be hooked on sugar and possibly destroy your teeth.

Meanwhile I guess because I’m a baby, I’m splitting one kids’ melatonin jelly in half.
